Good to know

Road or fly-in

Fly-in safaris save time; road safaris cost less, carry more luggage and reach remote parks. Each trip page shows how you travel.

Seasons matter

North Luangwa is open only June – October, and Shoebills are best in June – July. We will always tell you honestly what your dates can deliver.

Book early for July – October

Small camps fill fast in the dry season, especially in South Luangwa and the Lower Zambezi.
