Rhino Game Drive Safari

1 Day

Overview

The Rhino Game Drive Safari in Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park offers a rare and rewarding wildlife experience just minutes from Victoria Falls. This guided safari takes place in Zambia’s smallest national park, located along the Zambezi River, yet home to some of the country’s most iconic wildlife.

The game drive is conducted in an open 4Ɨ4 safari vehicle led by a certified professional guide, providing excellent opportunities to encounter white rhinos, elephants, buffalo, and a variety of antelope species such as impala, puku, and waterbuck. The park is also rich in birdlife, making it ideal for both wildlife enthusiasts and photographers.

A highlight of this experience is a short guided rhino walk, conducted on foot under the supervision of an armed wildlife officer. This allows guests to safely observe the majestic white rhinos up close while learning about conservation efforts within the park.

Morning and late afternoon departures are recommended, as these times offer the best wildlife activity and lighting conditions.
