4. Travel Documents & Health

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents
  • Guests must comply with health, visa, and border requirements

5. Liability

  • Brightpath Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers
  • We are not liable for delays, injuries, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our control
  • Participation in activities is at the client’s own risk

Cancellation Policy – Brightpath Travel

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close to the travel date the cancellation occurs

Operator Cancellations

  • In rare cases, tours may be cancelled due to weather, safety, or operational reasons
  • Where possible, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be offered

Refunds
